My 2010 does the same thing. The system apparently only deploys enough jacks to achieve "level", without regard for providing a rocking-free foundation. STUPID, IMO. Also, when on a sloped site, mine tends to extend all the jacks, then continue to alternate deploying them trying to achieve level, until the coach is much higher than I think necessary. Sometimes I've needed to add a stool to comfortably reach the bottom step.

I've basically given up on using the "auto" feature and instead select the manual mode so I can deploy the jacks in pairs using front and rear arrows on pad. Quickly pressing and releasing the appropriate arrows help me get level without unnecessary height. I have to press and hold the MAN button for several seconds before the yellow light under the button illuminates to indicate the system is in manual mode.
