Hi all,
Do you know where the control box is located for the power gear full wall slide? I have the rack and pinion power gear slide mechanism.

I got a 5 flash error code (5 red, 1 green, 5 red ...) this morning while retracting the slide and it says sensor or sensor wiring bad. I guess I'm lucky the slide continued to move and came all the way in.

When trying to extend it at home it would not move until I removed the control panel and pressed the stop-clear/clear fault button on the bottom of the control panel.

I wanted to check all the connections and clean them before I start out on my winter trip.

In my 09 Journey, the control boxes for both if my slides are located in the DS comparment behind the rear axle. This compartment houses the inverter and the circuit breakers for circuits fed by the chassis batteries like the slides. The control boxes are behind the panel holding the breakers and you have to detach the breaker panel and then remove the sheet metal. Is is possible that one of the connector to the control box is loose. Be careful removing the breaker panel as the contacts will be live. I'm not sure if all are disconnected by the chassis disconnect. Good luck,
