We took delivery of our new 36M in June and the DVD player didn't work before we took it home. They ordered a new one that came in a week later and they installed it, put in a DVD and it started playing. We turned it off and headed home. On our first trip after playing for 7 to 10 minutes it shut down and displayed "push power Protect". Went back to the dealer they played with it and had the same result so they ordered another one. Went back a week later put in the 3rd new DVD and still the same result.
I called Winnebago and they have a record of the events as I have kept them up to date and this time I think they are going to get together with Camping World and solve this issue
