2015 40r 2 black and 2 grey tank question

Our 40r has a bath and a half floorplan. On the levels gauge there are readings for grey tanks 1 & 2 and black tank 1 & 2. There is only one dump valve for grey and one for black. Question is why two different tank readings on level panel? Is there something I must do when a dump the tanks?

It could be that yes, one place to dump both tanks (or even four), but if you look along your frame, perhaps you will find an additional dump valve for the second(s) tanks. My trailer was that way, toward the rear was an additional valve to dump into the same line that is for the main.

My guess is since you only have 2 gate valves and not 4 that the grays and black tanks are plumbed together and the fluids in each equal out with each other to create 2 big tanks each. Remember I'm guessing here.

I would contact Winnebago or your dealer. I have a 2015 40R also. My monitor panel only shows one grey and one black and I only have two gate valves. My guess is the panel is setup wrong or someone has changed out the panel.

Every once and a while our 2011 Journey display gets confused.

Found a reset process for One Place Monitor panel.

To Reset the Panel to Default
1.Press and hold all three buttons shown above (no picture here; so press Water Pump, Tank Level and Battery Level) for approximately 6 seconds, until the screen resets.
2. Press the Default Button (Water Pump)
3. Press the Exit Button (Battery Level).
4. The Panel will return to the Water Pump Display.

Not sure if your display is like mine.
