Following up on the water pump/light flicker issue.
Did you make it to the plant and did they fix the problem? If so do you know how.. I've heard a diode needs to be added to the FireFly system but I don't know where.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am here right now. They tried to fix it yesterday by putting a ground loop in the system and regrounding it. That has decreased it some, but not all the way. I am heading back in tomorrow to see if they can do a better job. More to follow later.

Helo, looked for you Monday, your coach must have been already in the shop. Picking mine up tomorrow, might see you there.

Mine has been waiting on a couple of parts since Monday so I have just been hanging out at the regular WIT campsites. I am dropping off this morning at 7:30 though. Maybe I will see you then.

Thanks for the update.
I'd be interest in exactly what they did to fix it so I might do a DIY and not have to take mine in for service.

A little more info as I talked to the tech more. Mine already had the diode installed which I did not know. That is why they tried the grounding loop as an additional thing to try. When that didn't work they changed out the whole water pump today and so far we have no issues. I had no idea the water pump worked so well or had so much pressure with no surging until the tech "adjusted" it.

Thanks for the update. I hope the water pump replacement fixes the issue.
