2017 Minnie Winnie 31 D television removal

I’ve done everything I can think of to remove TV to add a HTML cable and sound cable for external sound board. Manual says there is a strap on rear of TV to pull to release catch. Not on mine! TV is Insignia 32”. Removed window dressing to try to access mount. Nope! Have attempted to pull up and down on TV. Nope. I can follow existing HTML cable with my hands (braille method), but I sure won’t be able to add a cable that way.
Don’t know the brand of TV mount Winnebago used and impossible to get a pic.
Anyone have words of wisdom?

I replaced two TVs in my Winnebago voyage, after scratching my head I decided to contact Winnebago tech support, they sent me instructions on TV removal no more head scratching and all went smoothly.
Suggest giving them a call they may just tell you how to do it so many different set ups.

I removed mine on my Minnie Winnie 31G. Mine had two screws on the bottom of the bracket to take off and it came right off.

Im having the same problem with my 2017 Vista 26HE. Will be watching for your removal solution. BTW I sent a message to Winnabago, no response yet

Winnabago sent me this. You will need a long Phillips to remove the top bracket screws then TV lifts off

Thanks guys for your suggestions. Finally realized the outside TV has the same mount. Apparently the strap on the mount pulls a locking pin that releases the mount and allows the TV to swing out. I believe the strap on the inside TV is either missing, torn or wadded up somewhere. Gonna keep messing with it until I resort to reciprocating saw and/or chisel to get the dang thing out!
