First of what I am sure will be many questions. Is there an easy way to get to the back of the video selector system to plug in a DVD player? I unscrewed the vinyl face plate and the only option I see is to unbolt the assembly...there's got to be an easier way?
Thanks in advance...Steve

You could plug the DVD player directly into your TV. You could then use the RCA connectors, which will give you a better picture than a coaxial connection.

Sounds like your set uyp is same as mine. I did the same as you in removing the front plate. Than had to loosen up the two screws that held the Vidio sel. shelf in place. Than you can pull the vidio box out. I did this to check conn when I was have problems. I installed a DVD/VCR unit.

To hook up a DVD player to the video selector you will need an RF modulator, which is available at places like Circuit City or Radio Shack. DVD players do not have coaxial outputs which are required to hook into the selector. But there is no other way to get to the back of the selector easily. You will have to remove it from its installed location.

If you have a DVD/VCR combo it will have coaxial connectors.

I replaced the factory installed VCR with a DVD/VCR combo. As Tom N says, it has a coax & works ok when plugged into the video selector unit. Getting to that unit is a bear. I'm certain many on this forum heard me as I worked on mine.

Let me guess...I know I'm not going to like the answer :-) :
The ac power plug for the VCR/TV/stuff is buried way behind all those boxes and it would take a hand the size of my 3 mo old G'Son's to reach it? (This coach has the inverter system...don't know if they all do). Thanks, Steve
