39K Twisted a Slide

Well I bet this cost me!

Missed a box of tissue behind the streetside slide on the shelf cocked in the opening between them. Opened the slide (Not paying proper attention ) and didn't see the rear of the slide stop. The front of the slide continued to extend fully.

Now the slide opens but the rear stops about 6 inches from fully open. Have an appointment with everybodies favorate Lazy Days RV.

Heads up 39K'ers, Don't leave anything on the small shelf aginst the wall in front of the shower!!!!

Earl,
Sorry to see you have this problem. We had a hydraulic line failure that allowed that slide to deploy on the interstate. It came out at an angle and wedged in place. The repair facility had no difficulty getting it back in so this may not turn out as bad as you think. Hope this will be the case.

Good luck.
