My door awning is not working. It acts as if the battery is low. It moves just a couple inches and stops. When you try to operate manually it acts as if some thing is bound up. Any one have any experience with them?

Ben,

Tom has given you the answer but I would only add that when you have it apart, check that the collar/shaft have not been "chewed up" by the bolts. This will cause it to bind even more and make it virtually impossible to retract. Easiest way to work on it is to take it down off the coach.
