Adventurer stairs will not retract?

Does anyone know which fuses are used for the stairs? My stairs will not retract? When I disconnect and reconnect the connection for the stairs (4 pin) I can hear a faint click. I've checked the door switch and it is ok. The stair light also does not come on?

I pulled the motor / gear assembly and it looks like that is the issue. I pulled the motor out and it is badly worn. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement motor/gear assembly?

My steps would not retract after a weekend camping trip. It turned out to be the step controller. Winnebago replaced it for free since I’m still under warranty. Otherwise, I call Lichtsinn RV.

Try NAPA.
Step power units are similar to Ford power window actuators.

Turns out my PM motor wasn't in good shape. I disassembled it and got it working but for how long I do not know. I contacted Lichtsinn and a new motor is on the way. I am consistently amazed by that dealership, excellent support ALWAYS. If any one needs any Winne parts contact david@lichtsinn.motosnap.com, he is my contact.
