After market Head Rest??

Our rig has very comfortable "Captains Chairs" for driving. On longer trips, my neck gets cranky and it would be nice to lean my head back to relax the muscles however the slope of the seat goes back quite a way making this not a great solution. It does not have a headrest.
I've looked online for something that might work but haven't found anything. Other than tying a pillow to the thing, does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks.
This is what the seat looks like:

I don’t have a head rest solution, but we owned the same year and model Winnebago, our first Class A, and loved it. We had tons of fun camping all over the West coast. With the lighter weight chassis, and V10 really has some go on it.

I found an add on for an office chair once, but have never found one for automotive application. I would buy one in a heartbeat if I could find one

If the slide room is just behind the seat when driving, maybe a small pillow on top of the seat and against the slide might provide some relief.

Macnut.....thats funny, I was thinking about how I could add a bracket to the slide wall that would still pass through the gasket without beating it up that would hold one of the office furniture head rest options. Got me thinking now.

How about a lumbar support pillow? Just put it up high where you want it to be.

I have only fallen asleep while driving one time in my life (thankfully) and that was when I put my head back on the headrest.

So though I still do from time to time, I don’t do it if I’m the least bit tired.

Just be aware.

I hear you loud and clear. Its not so much for being tired, but more to alleviate a pain in the neck (literal).

In case anyone else was looking for something similar, I found what I consider to be a great solution. Found it under a search for "recliner headrest". Ahhhhhh. there we go. Several to choose from. Many complained about them sliding down which would not have been ideal, but the one I chose actually hooks on the back of the seat so it stays in place. Just enough support. Not the least expensive one, but I like the idea of it being leather (sweaty head).

Thanks to everyone for the advice.
