If you have one I would expect it to be a 'Dump' button on the HWH jack control panel.

I had a 2002 Journey DL and that was it. Journey is the same as the Horizon.

Eazrider - My 2002 Horizon is a year older than yours so there is a good chance they have the same HWH system, mine has the HWH 310 series.
When I want to dump the air I turn the ignition switch to “ACCESSORY”, then push the “ON” button on the touch panel, the air will then exhaust from the suspension air bags. When the air is completely exhausted I can begin to level.

We have a 2003 Journey. Ours did dump when we bought it (when we turned on the HWH leveling system).
But quit working. I understand it is a valve attached behind the center of steering axle, the air blows out behind the driver's side drive axle.
It quit working and now bleeds down. So I took it into my freightliner dealer (they service our chassis). They changed a ride height valve and charged me $550 and said it was all better (duh).
We are on another 5000 mile trip with letting the air bags bleed out over night before leveling.

HWH quick reference leveling system ID assists you in correctly identifying your leveling system. Knowing and sharing your system model is vital to receiving correct, cogent information and advice.
Most air dump systems have 2 valves, one on each axle from the air springs.
Once we know the leveling system model# then we also know the service manual to consult.
