All 4 hydraulic jacks leaked over winter 2004 Sightseer

I took my 2004 Sightseer to get a new AC installed 2 days ago. It had been parked in a relative's driveway over the winter. After I moved it out I noticed 4 leak spots corresponding with the leveling jacks. Not a large amount. But is this something that can happen in below freezing temps over the winter? This is the first winter I haven't gone south (stupid move). I just thought it strange that all 4 leaked about the same amount.

That is not normal or usual IMO, BUT what is the oil level in the tank? I don't know your hyd. jack brand, but HWH recommends/allows storing your RV on extended jacks to remove some of the weight from suspension and tires. item 54 of HWH FAQ's
so leaking is not normal. If it was jacks leaking the foot/base will be wet with oil.

I can remember my USAF maintenance days and aircraft hydraulic cylinders bleeding all over the ramp after sitting for days in the winter weather without having been cycled regularly. After a few cycles, they would stop leaking. The worst thing for a hydraulic system is cold weather and inactivity. Clean up the fluid spots, cycle the jacks a few times and then let it sit for a day or so and see if the leaks persist.

I had one jack with a bad leak, the jack pad filled with fluid so I had the jack replaced under warranty. Since then, things have remained dry/normal, the desired condition as described by Ray,IN.
