Yesterday while poking around the MH, found a nail sticking in the right rear outside tire....great, we were 90 miles from nowhere in Crater Lake.....I was afraid to pull it out, did not know how deep it was....so.....had to drive to Roseburg, OR to a truck tire dealer, had the "nail" pulled out, turned out to be a broken off self tapping screw but only 1/2" long so never penetrated the tire
Fortunately we were headed that way anyways...

Good call, never pull the nail and do exactly as you did and have it checked. Glad it worked out for the best. Great feeling of relief when it works out that way. Safe travels. Good judgment call.
