I'm thinking about installing swivel seat adaptors on my Winnebago View cab seats (driver and passenger). Anyone accomplished this on a View or Navion? Any problems or tips? The adaptors are sold for the Sprinter --- wondering if they'll work.

Warren, have tried asking Winnie or Lichtsinn? I'd be a little cautious with a home-made or "adapted" solution because, after all, this is your primary seat belt location when you're going 60 mph...

Warren,
I installed a swivel seat base on the passenger side of my 2006 Itasca Cambria using an OE [but sold thru JC Whitney & Co] Ford swivel pedestal seat base. Works just fine & in my case was almost a true "bolt-in".
I think if you can find an example of a swivel seat base installed in another [manufacturer's]version of Winnie's Navion/View, it too will fit your application.
However, you aren't likely to get much help from either Winnie or a dealer to do the installation because of [presumed?] warranty, DOT, safety, etc., concerns.
Good luck!

Warren,
There is very active View/Navion forum on Yahoo. Here's a link. I think there was some discussion of the seat swivels several months ago. I have a much harder time following threads on the Yahoo forums, but the is a lot of View/Navion info there.
