Electric slide outs will have a track, toothed extension bar, or rotating screw shaft that runs the slide out and in. Which method depends on the size of the slide and choice of manufacturer. If you see notched tracks attached to the front and rear sides of a slide, that indicates it is electric. On larger slides that are supported by large steel bars on the underside, look to see if the bars are toothed. Also on the underside may be a screw rod, generally running down the center of the slide frame, between the supporting framework. That rod rotates by electric motor, causing the slide to move in and out.
The above is not all the evidence and is just a general way to identify without digging into the RV or looking things up in a manual. If the brochure for your coach says electric slides, it has electric slides, but others with your model can confirm.
BTW, your coach does have hydraulic levelers and hydraulic brakes so possibly your confusion comes from treads regarding those systems.
