Dear IRV2 Friends,
I’m guilty of using two words when one would do, so out of an abundance of caution I would like to elaborate a little on Janette’s post.
To say I have been blown away by your responses to Janette’s post would be an understatement! This is just another reminder that despite how individually unique we all are, we are still all bound by our hearts to do the right thing whenever we see fellow RVers in need.
Last night, I was once again humbled to hear from one of our transport drivers. National Indoor RV Centers employs a great number of valet drivers at each of our location, but in addition to these drivers, we also employ 8 transport drivers who transport coaches across the country for both National Indoor RV Centers as well as our customers. Unbelievably, Lewie Silva, a retired Southern California firefighter, responded to my email last night offering to transport motorhomes from California to either our Las Vegas or our Phoenix locations AT NO CHARGE! While I know from the bottom of my heart that National Indoor RV Centers employs the highest caliber employees the industry has to offer, I am still amazed by the lengths our people will go to treat our customers, or anyone in need, the way they would want to be treated if their roles were reversed. This kind of compassion and empathy for our fellow RVers can’t be trained. We can’t pour in what God left out. It’s truly in their DNA.
I want to be clear that Lewie’s offer to transport motorhomes extends to any motorhome owner, whether they are an NIRVC customer or not. Furthermore, National Indoor RV Centers’s offer of available sites with full hook-ups also extends to any motorhome owner, regardless of whether they are a current customer or not.
Should you know anyone in California who is in need of either a place to stay, or a driver to help move their motorhome from California, please feel free to share Lewie’s and National Indoor RV Center’s offers to help.
Continued prayers for everyone’s safety,
Brett
