Mine was leaking, so decided to take it apart. Found that the screw holding the handle on was quite rusted. Evidently water was getting under the snapon cap.
Couldn't get a good grip on the screw head because of the cabinet above, but managed to get the faucet apart by using a narrow strap wrench and unscrewing the unit under the handle.
Was then able to remove the handle screw with a pair of visegrips.
Found replacement water inlet seals at ACE hardware. They are in a package labeled Seats & springs Kit, Valley Style. ACE number 4008637.
I put some silicone grease on the seals before I installed them. All seems to work now, no leaks. Will see how it holds up on this summer trip.
I was unable to find a replacement screw, so reused the old one & packed the cavity with vaseline before putting the snapon cover back.
