My 2001 Journey galley slide just started to scrape a groove in the wood floor as it is moved in and out. Does anyone have any input that might help fix this problem? Any adjustments? No foreign particles(small rocks or grit) are involved. Thanks for any and all help. Art

I think I would give Winnebago customer service a call. They have been very helpful to me a number of times.

See my post on floor level slide guides. Not sure if this could cause this type of problem but it might be worth looking.

Ours has indentations in the rug from the livingroom slide for the first few hours after its extended then they go away. During the winter season when we are in one spot for at least 2 weeks at a time or more it is less noticeable. When the coach sits closed up for long periods the rug gets compressed and takes longer to get back in shape. I have also had the height adjusted once.
