CG propane back to coach tank failire

Spent 3 months @ Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery as volunteers. When we arrived, disconnected hose from coach tank regulator and hooked up 350 lb tank. No issues, stove, hot water fired right up. Reversed procedure this morning and now no gas for fridge, hot water heater, stove.
1. Sensor bay says 2/3 full and valve is open.
2. Did NOT cover female fitting on short hose from regulator!
3. Hose has a permanent S bend but doesn't show any kinks
4. If I open regulator valve without connecting to house will gas flow?
Luckily Solar is supplying enough power to run fridge & refill battery bank during the day.

You probably triggered the safety valve in the tank supply valve .

Turn the tank valve off , make sure all appliances are off .

Open the tank valve painfully slowly . Safety valve will trip if there is no back pressure in the system; so you need to allow back pressure to build before fully opening the valve.

I might add,not sealing the OEM short hose may have allowed insects to build a nest inside. Spiders particularly are attracted to the odorant in LP.
