Check your TV mounting screws

Was out in the motorhome today just checking things out. I got to wondering what held the front flat screen TV in place. Looking on the under side I see two screws holding it and one screw was nearly ready to fall out and the other very loose. It was not been making any noise when on the road like it was loose. I'm not sure what would happen if the screws had fallen out. So you might want to check yours. This is in a 2008 with less than 3000 miles on it.

Zippo,
You don't give the year and model of your RV.

In the 2008 Winnebago Destination, the 30" TV is held in place by a frame that it is not anchored to, but keeps it from shifting around. There are two screws on the top that hold a flimsy piece of tin in place to keep the tv from falling out. Those came loose on me also but the tv did not come out.

I have since replaced that 30inch with a 37inch Panasonic and at TV Walmount.

Thanks for that 'heads up'!! I hate it when things start falling off the walls! I will check mine tomorrow.
