Clothesline hanging on slide

We briefly saw an Adventurer which had a clothesline hanging on the slide. From our vantage, it looked like clamps were used to hold a contraption which consisted of a base and about a 2 foot sturdy dowel rod. There was one of these on each end of the slide, clamping around the slide edge. This held the dowels at right angles to the slide surface. 3 lines were then drilled into the dowel, and 3 rows of clothes hung nicely in the sun.

We've seen the lines which hang from the ladder, but liked this much better. On a 15' slide, 3 lines will hold a full load of wash, and the contraption had only the 2 dowel rods which would need to be stored along with the clamps and line. Much less bulky than the pvc systems we've seen in the past.

Anybody out there familiar with this design and have an idea of how to construct?

Just use two adjustable flag pole holders as The "Base" then you can pop in the drilled dowls with line between them. Either angled (how I'd do it) or flat.

Adjustable Flagpole Bracket - Aluminum
