Coaxial cable locations for 08 Itasca Meridian 40'

The cable at the local antenna mast on the roof is severed in two places. I would like to replace it but I don't know how to get to it inside the rv. I tried looking at the Winnebago schematic but was unable to determine how or where the cable is running once it disappears into the rv from the roof. Do I have to take ceiling panels off to get to it?

Thanks for any replies.

In looking at my 07 Meridian the coax enters the cabin in the front, entertainment control area. The crank up antenna is located maybe 6 ft from that location. I also have a sat. receiver on the roof that is easy access to the coax from top and bottom. I would run a new coax from the inside entertainment area to the roof, run it along the roof until reaching the outside antenna. Attach the coax to the roof with dicor type product.

I do not know but I believe trying to run (fish) new coax between inside and outside roof could be a problem. Either way good luck

Don't forget the TV antenna and the Sat dish use different types of coax. Good Luck.

RG 6 is the coax number I'd use....and works for both sat and antenna......If there's good cable on both sides of the bad area, the cables are easy to repair......tools are not that expensive and neither are the connectors...

I'm going to just replace the old section on the roof.

I'm assuming the in motion sat. Is not HD on an 08. what are folks doing with these?
