Coleman Mach Thermostat

To everyone that responded to my request for assistance with the above mentioned thermostat. There is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. With the information supplied I was able to contact Coleman/RVP/Airxcel regarding the problem. Email: RVPsupport@Airxcel.com or call: 316-832-3400--Fax: 316-832-3493.

I ended up both emailing and calling, believe this or not there was never a question as to whether it was in warrenty or not. The technician, Brian was excellent both in his handling and response to my delema. He overnighted a replacement unit.It was an improved one as it was an(A) model not the old original type. Plugged right in and immediatly began to function correctly.

Hope this may assist anyone else that experiences a similar problem.
