Coleman Mach True True Air t-stat not working

2005 Itasca Suncruiser 35U. Appears to be no power the t-stat as I am getting no temp display and no response on any setting. To compound the problem house batteries not charging on Generator. I am not currently located where I can get to a shore power. The other appliances appear to be working. I am Not good with a meter. Suggestions

Turn ofF all 12v power, wait 60 seconds then turn power back on. This will cause the thermostat to reboot and may solve the problem.

The t-stat does need 12v power so if other 12v battery power items have no power (dead coach batts) it won't work either. There should be a fuse in the t-stat. If you have good 12v power & the fuse is good and the t-stat display is blank, it is likely bad. I had to replaced mine years ago. Easy replacement.
