Does antone know what the recommended coolant is for the 7.5 Quiet Diesel Onan generator?..What is in there now is Green..The manual says only ethylene glycol....I am wondering if Fleetguard Compleat will be ok..it says it is friendly to aluminum...thanks. RKL

Actually I put the same thing in all the rigs in our rental fleet. Engine, genny whatever needs coolant. Gas or Diesel....
The "O'Riely" fleet pre-mix coolant for diesels with the anti-cavitation additive. (Purple in color)
It meets or exceeds the requirements for Cummins, Cat, Izusu and Internatonal.
Has worked well for us for five years now......

What about Kubota? They make the engine in the 7.5 QD.
I changed mine out recently and used Fleetcharge from Tractor Supply. It's basically the same antifreeze that Freightliner used in the CAT...it's pink.
