Fleetguard is a brand name and there are several types of coolant available under that label. You need to find out which type is currently in your system because adding a different formula without complete flushing can cause clogging problems.
From your OP, it seems that you have an ethylene glycol based coolant that needs periodic Supplement Coolant Additive (SCA), but that needs to be confirmed. Those coolant systems usually have a coolant filter that contains SCA which slowly enters the system under use. If your engine is other than a Cummins ISB, it will need these supplements to prevent cavitation and damage to the cylinder sleeves.
Once you find out the coolant used, you may choose to replace it with OAT coolant or Extended Life. No SCA required and lasts a very long time.
It will require complete flushing of the system before refill, however.
