Cutting into Winnebago Roofs

I would like to add 2 more powered ceiling fans on the top of our Winnebago RV. On most other brand RV's, with plywood roofs, this would be no big deal. However, I am unsure if/how this can be done on a Winnebago roof.



Has anyone cut a new hole into their Winnebago roof, and if so, can you explain how and where you cut the hole, and how you bonded the object to the fiberglass roof?

You can get a roof diagram from Winnebago. You only need butydl tape between the fan housing and roof and then Dicor self leveling sealant oround the edges and over the screws holding the fan frame to the roof.

Getting the electrical to the fan might be the hardest part.
