Just got back from a 2500 mile trip. During the trip among other things my dash blower motor stopped working. So I turned my big defogging fans up on top towards us till we got home. I decided to order a blower switch and also a Resistor and have those waiting for me when I got home since they seemed the most likely to fail from my reading.
Yesterday I figured out how to get the center console apart enough to get the AC control panel out. I have good fuses and relays so no issues there. I used a volt meter and I have 12V at the blower switch. 12V at the Vac mode switch. Also had 12V to the plug in to the resistor for the blower all have 12V with the Ignition on and the fan switch on and the vent mode selected. I used a separate 12V battery and powered the blower motor independent of the system so I know the blower motor is good.
I did plug the connector that goes in the blower motor (2 wires red and black) together with just the red leeds. I used a jumper and went from the blower motor black leed connector to a bolt in the chassis and the blower started right up. This tells me the wired ground isnt working correctly.
I also started tracing the black wire back to a bundle in the center console area and it went to a larger connector and the wires turned into yellow and white. This went to a massive bundle and disappeared way in the back where I cant get to without taking literally everything apart which I would rather not do so I figured I would ask here.
So its a 2015 Winnebago Adventuer 37F. Here is the wiring diagram I found from Tempcon. Page 7 has the wiring diagram. They show the blower going to ground but it isnt that easy as I have found out.

Also found this for my unit at Winnebago. However I cant find where they ground point is at.

Has anyone had this issue with a bad ground and if so where did you find that ground physically located at? Inside the dash area or outside underneath or in engine compartment? I dont have experience in this area and dont know if they use a central location for a grounding point.
