Electric Door/Compartment Door Lock Relay Switch

Electric door lock working intermittently in my 2007 Itasca Meridian 34H. Seems like I hear it thump when I hit the button on the passenger side in one of the front 3 compartments.

Research indicates the problem may be the Relay Switch.

Does anyone know where it is located, part number, etc. Should be easy to replace once I can get one ordered.

Thanks for your assistance in advance.

Richard

Your describing an entry-door problem?...or a cargo-bay-door problem?

both.

It is working again so it is intermittent.

looking for location of the relay which controls the locks. I was told it is just one relay.

Take a look at the Front End Wiring Installation diagram for your coach. The relays are the square boxes on either side of the 12V breakers. I'm not sure whether the lock/unlock relay(s) are in the lower left corner or not. You should be able to pull one out and find out though...

Chris,
Thx for the wiring diagram. It was not the solenoid after all. I pulled the cover and it was 2 loose circuit breakers labeled as door lock and unlock. Everything working fine again. Will need to check in future.
Thx for the help - Richard
