Firefly remote switch panel dead

I have a 2017 Grand Tour with the firefly system for controlling almost everything. One of the panels no longer works. The backlighting does not work and none of the switches work. I removed the panel and the 4 wires are intact going to the back of the panel. There is a spot on the foil that says Reset but no button located there. Does anyone know what that does and how to perform the reset? Is it by grounding that signal?

Does anyone know what the function of the 4 wires are on the back of the panel?

Thanks,
Bill Frederich

I'm well acquainted with Firefly having lost two switches in our Journey. Firefly operates on the Can bus principle. Thus only four wires can control multiple functions. I copied the info below from Wiki:

A Controller Area Network (CAN bus) is a robust vehicle bus standard designed to allow microcontrollers and devices to communicate with each other's applications without a host computer. It is a message-based protocol, designed originally for multiplex electrical wiring within automobiles to save on copper, but it can also be used in many other contexts. For each device, the data in a frame is transmitted serially but in such a way that if more than one device transmits at the same time, the highest priority device can continue while the others back off. Frames are received by all devices, including by the transmitting device.

When the switch fails you have to replace it. Call Firefly. They have a good tech support system. Just be prepared for sticker shock. The switches are pricey. Opt for the additional charge for the static protection on the switch.

Regarding the last statement of the above post.
I had a 6 function switch in the bathroom, on my way to the bathroom I slid my hand along the bead spread and when I put my finger to the bath light switch, there was one significant static zap. After that the entire 6 function switch was dead.
When replacing from FireFly, get the grounded switch.
