Full time toad viewing

Hi Happy New Year , We need to replace the current system Sony rear camera in a 2004 winnebago journey .(Notoriously flawed camera ) Going to change everything but Im not sure how yet.
The bus is new to us and the rear camera went out almost immediately but I pretty sure it was set up to view the toad all the time not just when backing .

So we/I need a little technical help .

We want side cameras as well .Ideally the rear would be on one monitor and the sides would be on a split screen on another .

I seem to be reading about turn signals triggering the view or switching to reverse . This is definitely not what we want .
So I'm looking for some wiring guidance to keep all camera views on at all times . Is this unusual .Most thing I want are. Thanks Help Please !

I got the parts to convert my 2003 Journey to a 3 cam system from RV Cams. Good price and lots of helpful info.
