Fuse box

I think I blew my chassis AC fuse. The compressor froze up and locked. I have replaced the compressor and am ready to recharge but new compressor won't come on. The problem is all the manuals say look in the fuse box on the dash. I have looked all over that darn dash and see no fuse box anywhere. There is one under the hood by the rad. but the only thing close to a fuse I can find is a relay for the AC. Where is the fuse for this thing. I have downloaded the manual and the operators manual still can't find it.

It is a 2001 Itasca 37G

The instrument module should lift and tilt up, there is a fuse box under it on the left hand side. Should be what you're looking for. There's usually one under the hood up under the front of the dash outside as well. I forget what's in there, maybe just relays and such.

Fuse box

Did you check to see if you have current at the compressor and if not before the low pressure switch?

Yes no power to the low pressure switch. There isn't a panel to lift up. I have looked several times. I will take a picture and post when I get back home

2001 humm not sure but on my 2004 the ECM for the 8.1l tells the AC when it can come on and off / to idle up the RPM

but on yours i would really look at the relay

Changed out the relay. Going to wire to the compressor direct today with R134 hooked up to see if the clutch will engage. Brand new compressor too so if it don't guess I will be changing it out again. Will be the second one.
