Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to my 2007 Winnebago Journey. It is now 10 years old, coming to live with us November 4, 2006.

For it's birthday, I gave it a bath, changed it's oil and filter, lubed it's chassis, changed the fuel filters, and serviced the genny. Odo has 46K mi on it, and generator has 460 hrs on it. Winterized it, and now it's time to tuck it into the barn for the winter until it can come out and play again next year.

Do you think they will let it into the RV resorts since it's too old?

Happy Birthday WJ!!!!!

You do look fantastic........many happy returns!

In my view, the word "Resort" is very subjective in the RV campground world......

As Groucho Marx said, "I sent the club a wire stating, PLEASE ACCEPT MY RESIGNATION. I DON'T WANT TO BELONG TO ANY CLUB THAT WILL ACCEPT ME AS A MEMBER." LOL

You hard work shows and pays off.......

Happy Birthday WJ. You look lovely and I think it is because of the loving care you have had all your life. I also know your home environment has been excellent. You sure don't look your age. I am sure you will have many more birthdays in your future.

Congrats, our coach will also soon join the oldsters club.
You know in all my years traveling around I only ran into 1/one park that said something to us about the age of our rig! Everyone seem OK with all comers staying at there park.

We are starting a five month stay tomorrow, at a resort that requires a look at the registrations of our rig and toad along with proof of insurance. They have a 10 yo policy. Another place we stayed at told me the policy was just so they could keep the riff raff out.

Many threads here regarding the age limitations of some CG. Suggest to search and review existing rather than driving yet another thread.

Congrats Pusherman. Drive that beautiful coach proudly. In 10 years of full timing, we have only run across the 10 year rule once. When I called the day before for a reservation, they asked me to email them 4 pics of my coach which was 11 years old at the time. One of each side of the coach. In 10 minutes I had an emailed conformation of my stay. It was an ownership park and this provision was a management tool. I'm not crazy about this particular rule but understand it.

Beautiful Coach! Who would know the difference if you said it was only five years old?

With all the lake effect snow you've been getting, bet you're glad she's in her cozy barn now.

Our Bounder celebrated it's 10th birthday with us this past April 22. If a CG won't let either of us in, as good as we look, it's their loss.
