Angry Heaters change in Norcold 4dr

I need some help. Trying to remove the refer to clean and change heaters that are defective. I've consulted the Winne drawing for my model and removed every bolt (4) and screw (6) I can find. Still the refer will not even budge. I called Winne Svc and was advised that they sometimes used silicone under refer to help seal it. This one is like a gorilla has a grip on it. Anyone got some ideas to get it out? Here's my phone # if that's easier to explain. Thanks 904-613-5897

I just pulled the NOrcold out of a Vectra, after removing 4 bolts on back and 8 screws on front, 4 top and 4 bottom, it came out easy. I did use a pry bar to get it started, but it came out easy after that. Just make sure and put the yellow and black wires back like they came off. Don't know the time zone you are in, I am in the central time zone and it is 9:45 here, call me tomorrow if it is to late tonight. 361-652-7582. I didn't see any silicone on mine it just needed a good push.
