Help from Vista owners needed

Looked at new Vista coaches tried to get dealer's to explain or demo sound system salesmen were not cooperative. I understand this is not a deal killer but having had a good surround sound in my own coach and have a friend that has a 35' 2015 Vista who seems to hate the way the sound system is set up. Sound comes from left side when watching a movie sitting on the couch, seems that who designed this sound set up didn't sit and enjoy his design ? or are we missing a set up process that makes movie watching more enjoyable. Any advise would be appreciated.

onebrit, my son has a 2016 Vista XL 35F. The only add on sound for the TV comes from the dash radio. There is an audio output from the TV feeding the Aux input on the dash radio. Not the best. He is planing on putting sound bar under the TV. The only problem is you have the pull the trim off on both sides of the TV which are nailed on to get the TV out.

Thank you so much for your reply and information, It sounds as if you were not happy either with this set up. Not sure if your coach has the TV over the angled fire place with bathroom on the back wall roughly center of coach, my friends coach is as I described and now we have to figure from what your saying there is an audio cable already behind TV running back to the DVD player is that correct, that way movie audio would plug in to sound bar and give better listening option while sitting on couch.
