Help with backup camera

We have a 2016 View and can not get the backup camera to work. We tried everything.

Have you spoken with the dealer?

Does it appear like it's trying to switch to the camera, and you just get a blank screen?

By everything does that include the fuse behind monitor, on ours we took the top of dash off, something like 4 or 5 screws, found the hot wire leading to back of in dash monitor and found blown fuse,2 or 3 amp I think,it was apparent that the insulation had worn through near the fuse from rubbing against something else
