Help with Ceiling on 2006 Itasca Meridian

Hi All, Looking for some help on how to remove interior ceiling support strip. I have a bubble in my ceiling (from a previous leak) and I am thinking that if I can remove the support strip, I would be able to get to the bubble, which is right next to the strip and put some glue on it to re-attach to ceiling?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a photo of the strip that I need to remove.

Thanks.

I may be wrong, but it is my understanding that those strips are just snapped in place. It should come out if you start at one end and pull it out. However, it is a 14 year old piece of plastic, so be gentle.

Warm the strip up a bit. Cold plastic isn't flexible.

Ours is starting to do the same thing in the bedroom. I pulled off one of the strips and found that the foam has turned to dust.
