Horizon Kitchen Slide flex drain replacement

I have an 2002 Itasca Horizon with a Kitchen slide. The flexible sink drain hose is broken and needs replacement. I have made temporary repairs so the sink is useable but I need to replace the hose. In looking at the parts diagram there are two fittings (one at each end) that connect the flex to the PVC drain. Before I pull the stove to get at the hose I wanted to see if anyone out there has done this and how it went and exactly what type of connections are on each end. Thanks

I have a 2002 Journey DL kitchen slide, your sister coach. I had a leak last year. The flex hose that Winney used on my coach was so stiff it cracked the fitting that screws into the pipe that drains into the tank. I went to Home Depot and got a flexable hose and the plastic pipe fittings to make my repair. Been a year and all is well.

I just went thru this with my rig. I found the 2" wide brace that is next to the fitting on the flex hose that connects to the elbow was loose. This caused stress on the elbow and broke the female retainer on the elbow that connects to the gray water tank. Was great fun getting that elbow out and replacing it. On the 04 Meridian 34' there are two separate drains going into the gray water tank. You know it was the hardest to get to.

Next time it fails, I'll replace the hose with something more flexible.

I can only imagine what that would have cost if some dealer did it.
