House batteries not charging while driving coach

I have a 2001 Winnebago Model WKP 36 LD. I know the house batteries are not charging while driving, but the engine batteries are charging. Has anyone had a problem like this and if so, is there a relay or fuse I should be looking for and if so, where is it located?

Thanks

Thanks John. Very good information. At least I have an idea of the location of the relay.
