We have owned our 2004 Sunrise for about 1 year. We bought the unit with many pre-installed options. One of them is a Sanyo EAX-510 10 CD changer. We don't know how to make it work! The dash radio is the Winnebago RV radio with CD,tape and weather. There are no instructions in the suitcase of instructions and the salesman at the dealer admitted he doesn't know how to operate it either!

I am at a loss!

Don, according to Sanyo's website there must be a "head" in your dash that controls the unit...Can you tell us what "head unit" is in the dash that also may be your AM/FM radio tuner?
Chances are this unit will have "mode" on it somwhere....push the mode button and you should see the screen scroll through AM, then FM,then you should see the CD come up...

That's the way mine is....

Maybe tell us a little more,or maybe another 2004 owner can come along as well...

On my 03, You tune the radio to 88.3FM then turn on the tuner in dash and push play. You must have CD'S loaded in the changer and if you wait a few you will here whatever is on the first CD. Good Luck,,

Thanks for the responses! We also got a phone call from a mechanic at the dealer that remembered that there was a button to push and he suggested some names for the button. Between your responses and his, we have figured out that the button "Mode" can be used to select that changer (and other choices). Thanks again for the help!
