How to remove wheel cover

I am hearing something rattling around under this wheel cover but dont know how to remove the cover. I tried using a long screw driver but it did not budge and did not want to break anything. I am adding a photo of what I have. How do I remove the cover.

Two of the fake lug nuts come off, unscrew them, then just pull hub cap off

The two fake lugs have dimples on the side. You can feel them, these are the ones you unscrew.

Found them and removed cover.... nothing was found under the wheel cover. Hope it fell out but will keep an ear out when we leave.

Thanks for the help on the cover removal to all
