OK, a few comments:
The Lippert manual says front jacks operate in pairs. Rear jacks operate independantly.
There is no mention of allowing the fronts to adjust when operating one of the rear. Looking at the hydraulic pipe diagram it would appear that this may be possible.
But most certainly: the coach frame does twist during both auto and manual side-to-side leveling.

exposure to hot sun can also affect the door opening. heat causes it to expand and bind. especially if the door is tight to begin with.
thats why hwh does two jacks at one time, to prevent situations like this. not saying it doesnt happen, but seldom.
on power gear, the front jacks, once the coach is level, front to rear, are toggled together, so that fluid will flow between jacks to equalize the pressure.
this occurs when the rear jacks are used to finalize the leveling side to side.
