I found a Winny Supplier that is top notch

This post is for all to keep on file and to compliment a Winny supplier on superior service. The company is American Technology in Elkhart, Indiana. They make many of the switches (like your hot water tank switch that has the light in it) and the outside temp/compass in some of the Winny MH. I believe they also make many other electronic components for other MFG's but I would not swear to that. When I contacted them they bent over backwards to help me with a sensor I needed for the outside temp. part of the component and then even went so far as to send me a very small new style LED light to replace the hot water tank switch that gets very hot as many of you have mentioned here on this forum. They sent this switch for free just a good will thing and paid the freight even though I said I would be glad to pay for the switch and shipping.
I am not suggesting you all call to get free switches and take advantage of them but I will say I think they are a very fine company and really care about their products and the customers who use them. Their phone number is 574-262-1258. I spoke with a gentlemen named Bill. Nice to see a company in this economic downturn step up to the plate. It also speaks highly for Winny for using them a suppplier. I have no interest in this company whatsoever.

Thank you for the tip. Good suppliers don't grow on trees. As an aside, I finally went to Radio Shack and found a 12-volt rocker switch that uses LED technology. No more hot switches and best of all, no more replacing the (burnt out) switch every 9 months. I did have to do a little trimming to the plastic housing that holds the switch but it was very simple. If anyone needs the details, just let me know. Thanks again. I'll mark their website.
