I'm Impressed!!

Sent Winnie Customer Relations an Email over the weekend with some questions.

At 0830 I called Winnie on a separate issue: the mystery of the tow plug not giving juice for turn/brake. Jay spent a long time trying to run it down and we both came to the conclusion that it was a Ford issue...probably a fuse/relay. Jay pointed me in a good direction and we moved on. (I'm going to Ford tomorrow and swap out a relay and see if that fixes it). I'll report the results in that thread.

Well, an hour later Jay calls me in response to my email. We had a great conversation and I'm happy!

I'm very impressed that a Corp the size of Winnie is so responsive.

John;

That helps explain why there are so many of us Happy Campers.

I have come to really appreciate the tremendous availablity of technical info they provide, especially for previous model years.

All of my inquiries with Bryan Funke and others in Winne customer support have been very positive and helpful to me.
