Itasca Latitude on Workhorse UFO Gas chassis

Hi !

New to this forum and newby RV owner. Off on our first trip in the Itasca Latitude 39W on a Workhorse UFO Gas pusher chassis. Really like the coach and it is smooth and quiet. Pulling a `08 CR-V with a Blue Ox Aventa. My question is: Has anybody found a steering system that cures the slight wander of the chassis and the wrestling I have to do in cross-winds ?
It may be that the slight wandering is normal as I don't have much experience with this length rig. Trucks I've driven in the past, up to 35 ft. long, did not seem to wander like this. It may be just part of the game, but I'm curious if anyone else senses this and if anyone has tried steering centering or other devices to cure it.

Thanks !
