Let us know what you find. Just lift the carpet to the right of the fireplace and feel for a transition from the floor to the white tray. If you have bump there you should get it fixed. If you are not the first owner, check to make certain that your shoe end is still there. You need the slide in to see it.

Is that something you can get a picture of?

Sorry for the delayed response, Brad. We have been on the road. We are now near Birmingham, AL visiting family.

In the picture, the white sheet metal strip ia warn when the slide floor bottom rubbed. I don't know if this happened before the shoe broke or before. Where this meets the floor is where they cut away the tile. Now the floor and the metal are of the same level. I think the removal may be as easy as removing all of the screws you see examples of in the picture and pulling that strip up. At that point the tile can be cut away.

Happy trails,

Rick Y

Thanks a bunch Rick! I'll see what mine is like next weekend. The front looks easy to get to, I'm just not sure about the back by the closet on ours.

Hard to get your hands on this! Every time we close the kitchen slide a small amount if water would leak down into the hot water heater compartment. It would not leak with the slide open. The picture shows the plastic corrugated pipe coming from the kitchen sink drain...which is flexed at a severe angle...over time a small hole formed...causing it to leak. I used some duct tape to create a temporary patch...to fix it right...I think the slide will need to removed...

Holy buckets, removing the slide will be a chore - seriously, that is the only way? Can you thread a new corrugated hose using the old one as a pull tape?

I suppose you could...or take the kitchen cabinets apart...but the slide wall would still be in the way...Small hands would help...A pipe patch might work...rubber/glue/and a couple of radiator hose clamps...

That PVC elbow should rotate as the slide goes out and in...it does now after I freed it up some...

Take your flashlight and shine it down there to see if that hose is crimped...

Not and upgrade, but after a good wash and application of 303 on our roof, I like how well it is holding up. We did 303 the awning toppers too but not the AC covers (this time.)

Ours is a mid 2010 build, model year 2011 that we purchased new in late '11. So it sat for almost a year and a half before we found it.

You can see a couple ripples in the roof, the worse just in front of the mid ship AC.

Thanks for the update on the 303. As far as the ripples... I have a fine crack in the larger one that I am keeping an eye on.

Had an idea for a new upgrade. The medicine cabinet is so small it barely holds what we need for vacation let alone once we go full time. Can't get to it now because of 3' of snow and the coach covered, BUT in the spring I'll be looking at removing the mirror in the toilet room and putting a medicine cabinet w/mirror in there. Then I'll put all my stuff/paraphernalia/razor etc in that one, thus freeing up space in the other one for ALL THE DW's STUFF!!!!!!!
