So, the new cover is just placed over the original. The edges are tucked in around the perimeter and the holes are cut and the vents put back into place. I thought you removed the complete dash and then recovered it.

Well the original the front is actually tucked as well the front is wrapped under i was going to take off until I realized it was not worth doing
