Leveling Jacks
We have a 2005 Itasca Meridian 39.5', a rear jack is leaking somewhere. The jack label is not readable, does anyone have any idea how to find out what make or model of jack it is? Hope it is just the lines leaking but not sure yet. Also have hydraulic leak from a single cylinder slide under bed, trying to find out how to get to cylinder, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since it was a Winnebago product, you could search their website for manuals. Usually jack leaks are from the sealing rings in the jack. You should be able to figure out where the leak is coming from by looking for spots on the ground or on chassis components. Once you find the wet spot, that will lead you on...
I used to have about a cup of ATF leak out from passenger rear jack most times I used it and I just used ATF stop leak treatment and over time, learned to not use an RV space that was too wonky (so the jack didn't have to be extended too far, or at too steep an angle) and that coupled with the stop leak lead to the leak stopping. Went for at least several years without needing to add more ATF stop leak, when I did it was because of overextending (so I built some landing pads). That was the Power Gear system in my old RV. With the HWH system I have now, that's one of the first things I did...add ATF stop leak to the tank. So far so good.

the jack on the other side is the same AP number.
if you can measure the diameter of the silver rod, and the length, i can try to find out the right number. its probably a 9k or 12k.

Nokomian,
Well, sorry for your issues but, like ours, an '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD with the CAT C-7 330HP, your coach is dang near 20 years old with who knows how many miles. If I was a betting man, I would bet my life you have an HWH system for leveling and slides simply because it's a Winne/Itasca product of that era. And when Paul (AZ PETE) responded, that pretty much confirms things. In the future, it's nice to put down any and all info pertaining to your year/make/model/chassis/engine when asking questions as there are many on here that could or would be familiar with it due to they own the same era/make/model.
Now, Paul's commented on your jack so I won't go there. But, pertaining to your "single cylinder" bedroom slide, well, as far as I know, and in any and all research and experience I've done, there are NO "SINGLE" cylinder slides. They all have a minimum of TWO cylinders/rams and some have three.
And if the cylinder/ram in question is the one I'm thinking about and are quite familiar with IS leaking, you're in for some serious hard time/hard work to extract that ram and either repair the leak or replace the ram. But before I go into any depth of explanation of what you need to do and how it's done, I need more info. WHERE are you seeing leaking from? HOW MUCH fluid is there? And how long has it been leaking?
Again, if it's the one I'm thinking of, there is a very specific procedure for the repair/replacement of it.
Scott

Both rear jacks are the same AP number, see if the other jack has a readable number.
What is the model# of your leveling system? If you don't know, this will help ID your model#.
As to your hydraulic slide room mechanism, this should help: https://hwhcorp.com/ml23521.pdf
