Long time waiting for A&E awning parts?

I have a two step A&E awning. Ordered the locking mechanism under warranty around the end of March and still waiting for the part. Is anyone else having problems getting parts from A&E? I know they had a fire in the Mexico plant which I was told will cause some delay but we are going on 3 months now?

I waited nearly 2 months for a replacement A&E awning fabric (warranty item). Was told by A&E hardware was affected by the fire but not fabric....still took 2 months.

Same here, took about a month to get the fabric for a warranty replacement, and when it arrived it was dirty like it had smoke damage. Fortunately the dealer was able to clean it up so we had a nice-looking awning for the Rally.

Funtime, I am a factory dealer for their air conditioning units and even with them giving
dealers priority it is almost a month for any Air Conditioner orders to come in.

Best to you - Mutha
